Quaker City Castings’ sand foundry utilizes two molding centers where no-bake sand is used to give us a wide range of molding capabilities. This, combined with our advanced technology and skilled employees, ensures that our truly world class castings fulfill our 100% commitment to customer satisfaction.

Based in Salem, Ohio, Quaker City Castings has the power, the motivation
and the know-how to do it right, every time. The melting of our metals is accomplished using four electric induction furnaces with a capacity of 6,000
to 8,000 lbs. as well as two coreless induction furnaces that can melt 2,500 lbs.
